Wykonawca bardzo drogi natomiast wykonanie mocno przeciętne. Nie znosi krytyki , potrafi rzucić kluczami i wyjść z mieszkania. Trzeba prowadzić notatki o wypłacanych kwotach i potwierdzić podpisem wykonawcy bo potrafi zapomnieć że dostał pieniądze.
