I wanted to warn everyone against this company. In short. After less than a month of using the new Cassino Sofa, her back fell off. We advertised the product. The first contact from the manufacturer - a request for self-repair (I will add that the back is made of an 18mm thick plate, the mounting screws came out with the plate and its fragments) Durgi contact (after many calls and e-mails) promise to replace the back of the couch Two 14 working days - no information about the delivery. Contact with the manufacturer - claims that the person responsible for the incident has been dismissed - the complaint was accepted for the second time. After 10 working days - back delivery. The hinges on the new backs do not match the rest of the couch. Element cannot be attached. Manufacturer's proposal after notification - sends a new assembly kit and repair by "some" local service in our home - with a note from the manufacturer "Used furniture, mechanically damaged by the customer is not returnable" I do not recommend either the company or their products. After a month of use, a new sofa has no right to fall apart.
