Our company provides investment services both investment and renovation in the full range of both general and installation industries. We provide comprehensive construction and logistics services for all construction projects from the design phase through execution to turnkey finishing and transfer of a formal investment (permit for use, separation of premises, etc.).

Currently, the mainstream of the company's activity focuses on acquiring new usable and residential areas in existing buildings through their revitalization - major repairs, adaptations and extensions at the request of domestic and EU investors. We also provide construction services in a narrower scope, although equally comprehensively, for example, overhauls of roofs, modernization and refurbishment of installations, repairs and finishing of residential and commercial premises.

In its current organizational form, the company has existed since January 2013, but its roots date back to 1989 when the team constituting the core of our company's staff started the "adventure with a construction company" by establishing a limited liability company under the name of PHU "Inter-servis" sp. Z o. O.
