FLASER sp. Z o. O. Is a company that manufactures lasers for non-contact coating removal by ablation and offers a cleaning service for all types of materials. Our offer covers countless areas of application processes in many industries, including the automotive, electronics, monument conservation, heavy industry and many others.
All Flaser lasers have been designed and manufactured in our production plant in Poland. We employ the best engineers and technicians, and we also develop advanced technology to constantly improve our products. Laser cleaning with the help of the phenomenon of laser ablation is a completely safe process for the base material. This means that when working on a material, ablation works on the surface of the object and removes unwanted coatings with an absolute minimum of interference with the material. The level of ablation can be easily changed and adjusted, which is why thanks to laser cleaning we are able to achieve an incomparably better end result than when using traditional methods. When working with lasers, we do not use chemicals or abrasives, we are environmentally friendly, and we also save energy.

FLASER LASER SYSTEMS
Traditional methods such as chemical etching and all kinds of abrasive methods carry the risk of damage to the surface being cleaned, damage to details, etc. When using a laser, these problems do not occur, because the removal of layers, paint dirt, etc. It takes place using the phenomenon of so-called laser ablation. Simplifying this phenomenon can be defined as the process of evaporating the surface layer using a laser pulse. With the right power density, you can safely and precisely remove dirt from virtually any surface.
Laser ablation works on the surface of the object and removes material from this surface with an absolute minimum of interference with the material. The level of ablation can be easily changed and adjusted depending on the material, intensity of the laser beam, pulse length, as well as the wavelength of the laser used.
Laser cleaning is a much more cost-effective and environmentally friendly technique for removing coatings than any other blasting or chemical methods. When using it, we do not have to use abrasive, solvents or chemicals.
FLASER lasers offer ablation based on a pulsed laser. It is an environmentally friendly process, much milder than abrasive technique, and heating is minimal.
