Zapłaciłem zaliczkę za schody w Marcu 2022. Schody miał być skończone w maju a zamiast tego zostały oddane do użytku pod koniec roku. Cały rok byłem zbywany oraz termin prac był przekładany. Właściciel w pewnym momencie przestał odbierać telefony. Umawialiśmy się na spotkanie a Panowie nie przyjeżdżają tłumacząc, że pomyliły im się roboty. Otrzymaliśmy końcową fakturę o 5000zł wyższą niż na umowie. Odmawiają reklamacji schodów tłumacząc, że nie opłaciłem wszystkiego pomimo opłacenia kwoty, która była na umowie. Ta firma to jakiś żart. Nie polecam. I paid an advance for the stairs in March of 2022. The deadline was supposed to be in May instead the stairs were completed at the end of the year. the postponed the installation all year. The owner stopped answering his phone. We set up a meeting but the workers didn't show up. I was told that they went to a different address by mistake. I received an invoice higher by 5,000 PLN than stated in the contract. The company does not want to accept my complaint and they refuse to do a warranty repair explaining that the payment has not been settled, even though I paid the amount stated in the contract. This company is a joke. I do not recommend any of their services.
