Jestem niemile zaskoczona reakcja a raczej jej brakiem na reklamacje związana z domofonem. Właściciel firmy albo nie odbiera telefonu albo jak go odbierze (chyba przez przypadek) milczy . Wysłany listem formularz reklamacji wrócił do mnie z powrotem ponieważ pan go nie odebrał . Całkowicie nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta, żenada.Serdecznie nie polecam tej firmy.
