Od 30 lat układam płytki i nigdy nie miałem problemów z ewentualnymi reklamacjami. W Kolorze kupiłem płytki w promocji, sprzedawca zapewniał, że to pierwszy gatunek i są bez wad. Okazało się, że na 28 płytek tylko 7 jest całych. Reklamacji nie uznano, sprzedawca skwitował całą sytuację stwierdzeniem, że "mam pecha". Żenada.
