Produkty może i ładne, ale za to obsługa tragiczna, traktuje klienta jak wroga. DRAMAT jednym słowem. Klient przychodzi pozytywnie nastawiony, a w trakcie mierzenia towaru słyszy od obsługi, że uszkodzi towar i nie może go dotykać - mimo, że nie ma ku temu żadnych przesłanek.
