Witajcie. Mija już jakiś czas od momentu podpisania aktu na nieruchomość kupiona od właściciela firmy budowlanej Bawełkiewicz w Rudzie Śląskiej.
Przy pierwszym kontakcie to miły i pomocny człowiek, lecz nie dajcie się zwieść, później okazuje się jaki jest faktycznie.
Kiedy zaczynają wychodzić problemy z jakością pracy, czasem realizacji, użytymi materiałami, ten jegomość okazuje się być wulgarnym, nie cofającym się przed zastraszaniem kierowcą koparki. Zelżył moją żonę, Groził mi pobiciem, zasypywał ziemią wejście do mojego domu. Groził mojej ekipie wykańczające wnętrza, kiedy zgłaszali nieprawidłowości w realizacji. A to tylko czubek gory lodowej.
Co do kierownika budowy to absolutnie zgadzam się z autorem poprzedniego wpisu. Nie bierzcie tego Pana jako swojego kierownika. Będzie Was zastraszał, okłamywał i zwodził aby swojemu koledze zrobić dobrze.
Podsumowując.
Absolutnie nie polecam.

Nie wspominam miło kontaktów z firmą Bawełkiewicz. Wieczne problemy z jakością wykonania, duże problemy z wilgocią w domu. Kiedy zwracasz im uwagę na niedociągnięcia i problemy, dowiadujesz się ze to Twoja wina :( lub odpowiedzialność jest zrzucana na kogoś innego. Wulgarność właściciela firmy w stosunku do pracowników i klientów osiąga niebotyczne poziomy. Nie polecam również zatrudniać tego samego kier budowy. Człowiek ten zamiast wspierać Was, cały czas rzuca kłody i wspiera dewelopera.
Jeśli chodzi o termin realizacji to nawet nie chce się znów denerwować.
Podsumowując - nie polecam!!!
