The Investment Project Management Service (ZPI) provides investors with support in planning and implementation of investments. The holistic approach to the project is a novelty on the market of consultancy services and is an innovative response of Finance for Companies acting in the project as a project manager on investors' expectations.

The full range of consultancy in this area includes:

• selection of investment locations, labor market research,
• determination of the material and financial scope of the project,
• application in the business model of state aid instruments (subsidies, tax breaks),
• organizing investment financing,
• legal and tax consultancy, including the appointment or transformation of special-purpose vehicles,
• organizing documentation of a construction project,
• selection of suppliers of construction services and machines,
• developing and analyzing contracts,
• monitoring the investment implementation until it is ready for use, etc.

• Polish Investment Zone

Income tax relief up to 70% of capital expenditures is a prerequisite for the decision to implement projects in special economic zones.
