We are a construction company operating on the market since 1983. In 2009, we expanded our activity to the scope of building design and interior design, which in the current year became our patented technology of the thermo clic system wall. It is dedicated in particular to single-family energy-saving buildings (wall penetration coefficient U = 0,12W / K * m2), and due to the speed of construction (an object with an area of ​​100 m2 - 60 days) is ideally suited for social and service buildings .

The construction system is based on light prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, ie columns and plates for assembly which we do not need any heavy equipment such as cranes. The whole supporting structure is made up of the above-mentioned poles, which, after their initial spacing and stabilization in the foundation slab being made by our company, are covered with boards. The boards are only a "scaffolding" for insulation, which is the head part of the wall in our thermo clic system. The external insulation is cross-shaped in two layers - 5 cm followed by 10 cm - internal insulation is 15 cm mineral wool or, on customer's request, polyurethane foam, which further reduces the penetration rate of the wall to U = 0,10W / K * m2. The next stage is the location of the mesh on the glue and acrylic plaster from the outside, while on the inside, the walls are finished with a plasterboard on a cross frame.

In connection with the conducted activity, the company also offers the services of screed draping using the semi-dry method, insulation of objects with polyurethane foam and comprehensive interior finishing under the so-called key. in accordance with the client's arrangements contained in the interior design prepared in cooperation with our architects.
