Mieli skończyć w czerwcu, w sierpniu gotowe było 80% prac, w grudniu dzwonili czy mogą dokończyć. Przypadkowe ekipy monterów, jedni zrzucali winę na drugich, nie przyjeżdzali na umówione terminy przynajmniej 4 razy. Jedni monteży nie dokonczyli roboty, stwierdzili że idą spać do hotelu i będą o 6:00 następnego dnia - przyjechali po 8:00, postukali młotkiem 15 minut i stwierdzili, że mają to gdzieś i spadają do domu. Przerasta ich wszystko co nie jest standardowym nowym budownictwem, masakra.
