We specialize in the spinning of steel (black and stainless steel) and color steel (copper, brass, aluminum, titanium-zinc). This technique creates our products and we make any details according to the customer's order. Spinning is a process in which a roller or a bobbin is applied to the spinning disk of the sheet pressed against the axially symmetrical mold, thanks to which the starting material assumes the shape of the mold. The main advantage of the spinning process in relation to the stamping at low and medium lot production is the very low cost of molds, and the fact that it is easy to make details with very difficult shapes to be made in the pressing process. On request, we can make eg: balls, hemispheres, cones, lids, plugs, pipe reductions, nozzles, lamp elements, etc. We only need a hand drawing of a customer to produce a particular item. We create professional technical documentation in AutoCAD program needed to make molds, along with 3d visualization depicting the designed element. The thickness and type of the sheet depends on the shape of the piece, eg the maximum thickness of the stainless sheet is 1.5mm, and the aluminum is 3mm.
