Kupiłem w dniu 27.09.2022 w PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO WIELOBRANŻOWE "SENA" dwa grzejniki przez portal OLX. Grzejniki otrzymałem przesyłką 30.09.2022. Po sprawdzeniu grzejników (01.10.2022) okazało się, że nie są zgodne z opisem na aukcji, ani zapewnieniami przekazanymi mi przez telefon. Oba grzejniki posiadają wady i nie są sprawne co szczegółowo pokazałem w wiadomości do sprzedającego. Grzejniki dotarły do mnie w bardzo kiepskim stanie, upalone kable, upalone przełączniki, obudowy pordzewiałe i brudne. Nie miały nawet szansy działać poprawnie, nie mówiąc już o fatalnym stanie wizualnym.
Początkowo pan Sławomir odebrał telefon. Po krótkiej rozmowie stwierdził, że chyba się na tym znam i sobie naprawię grzejniki (Proszę zauważyć jaki cynizm i brak szacunku do kontrahenta. Gdybym chciał kupić złom to poszedłbym na złomowisko, a nie szukał grzejników w bardzo dobrym stanie na OLX).
Gdy się nie zgodziłem pan Sławomir zapewniał, że zleci odbiór grzejników i odda pieniądze. Niestety pan Sławomir chyba się rozmyślił, ponieważ od 05.10 nie odpisuje, ani nie odbiera telefonów.
Próbowałem połączyć się 10 razy z panem Sławomirem (w różnych dniach i różnych porach), a także wysyłałem wiadomości przez OLX, Allegro i na email.
Oczywiście nie doczekałem się żadnej odpowiedzi.
Zawsze w takich sytuacjach zastanawiam jakim brakiem ***** i brakiem uczciwości trzeba się wykazać, żeby psuć sobie opinię za 660 PLN.
Oceńcie Państwo sami czy warto robić jakikolwiek biznes z tą firmą.
