Nie polecam usług tej firmy. Ciągle są problemy i zrzucanie winy na klienta.

Witam. Firma nie odpowiada na reklamacje i nie oddaje pieniędzy . Obsługa na infolinii biurowej opryskliwa i udziela fałszywych informacji.

Firma krzak! Nie dają numeru rezerwacji ani potwierdzenia na maila. Opłata miała być wniesiona gotówką u kierowcy. W dniu wyjazdu dowiadujemy się że musimy sami się dostać 300 km do Warszawy. Autobus z Warszawy do Katowic spóźniony o 2 godziny. Autobus totalnie zdezelowany, kierowca nie wiedział co robi, cofal na drodze szybkiego ruchu! W Katowicach 0 informacji, autobus na Sycylię nie pojawił się przez 4 godziny!!! po których zrezygnowaliśmy i wróciliśmy do domu! Straciliśmy bilety na dalszy etap podróży. Ostrzegam wszystkich przed tym operatorem!
