If the board is single - to make statements on behalf of the company is authorized Chairman of the Board itself. If the board is multiplayer - to make declarations on the rights and obligations of the agreements and signing on behalf of the company is authorized, each member of the board alone unless the value of the liability does not exceed 5,000 (five thousand). If the value of the liability exceeds 5,000 (five thousand) to make declarations of will and signing contracts individually authorized it is chairman of the board or two board members jointly.
