We deal with, among others sales of Eurogel® MB / MBE carrageenan preparations (E407 and E407a). The preparations are used in the production of such items as:
They are also used for injection of whole muscles and raw meat (culinary products). We also distribute Eurogel® MBA (E401) alginate preparations, AKAY products and other high-quality hydrocolloids. So that companies and their partners can test the use of preparations in meat and dairy products in conditions simulating industrial scale, we invite them to our Research and Development Center Herlev / Copenhagen.
Our mission is to disseminate knowledge about the possibilities of using products based on carrageenan raw materials and to acquire new customers on the Polish market. The company is 100% owned by the Danish company Eurogum A / S.
