Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyczne ESV SA has been operating on the market since 1994, it was established as part of the restructuring process of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich (currently "Kogeneracja" SA), has experienced staff and developed its own competences in managing the development and operation of energy distribution networks, in particular networks located in industrial areas , both traditional - revitalized and new ones.
Currently, ESV SA is a company with a majority of private capital of natural persons, we employ several dozen employees and concentrate its activity on transmission, distribution and trade in electricity. In 2001, the Company obtained appropriate licenses issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. These documents became a formal starting point for undertaking by ESV SA an investment consisting in the construction of a local power grid. The main intention of this undertaking was the sale of electricity to customers located in the Oława Development Zone of Stanowice and the Communal Economic Activity Zone established by the Święta Katarzyna Commune. The construction of a local power grid to Stanowice also creates the possibility of connecting other recipients located along the route of this line. Built, among others 110/20 kV transformer station, 20 kV switching station in Siechnice, 20 kV switching station in Stanowice, 110 kV overhead line on the Siechnice-Stanowice section.
In 2002, ESV purchased electricity infrastructure at the former PAFAWAG Wrocław and became a power supplier throughout this area (currently part of the Wrocław Industrial Park).
As part of its activity in 2004, ESV SA joined the first two buildings of the "Błękitne" housing estate located at ul. Jarzębinowa in the town of Siechnice near Wrocław.
In 2006, we included another residential housing area - "Osada Gencz" in Komorowicach in the municipality of Żórawina near Wrocław.
In March 2007, the company acquired electricity infrastructure in the Pilczycki Park of Business in Wrocław and, like in the Bombardier area, it became a power supplier for its customers located there.
Since 2008, we have been supplying two large shopping complexes in Wrocław - Marino Shopping Center and Młyn Retail Park, and from 2010 Turawa Park in Opole.
In 2011, the company purchased electricity infrastructure located on the premises of the former Otmęt leather plant in Krapkowice in the Opolskie Voivodeship.
At the end of 2011, the company started its distribution and revolving operations at the Focus Park shopping center in Włocławek. In 2012, a similar activity was commenced at the Dekada Olsztyn shopping mall and a shopping center in Bolesławiec.
In 2012, the company purchased from the Industrial Development Agency 69.93% stake in Energetyka Wisłosan in Nowa Dęba. This act started the process of building the ESV capital group.
Since the end of 2012, ESV has been supplying customers located in the Europa Centralna shopping center located at the intersection of A4 and A1 motorways in Gliwice.
In 2013, we achieved a sales volume of distribution services in the amount of over 120,000 MWh.
In November 2007, ESV SA was appointed by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office as the Operator of the Power Distribution System. Only twenty companies performed this important function in the energy system of the country at that time. This decision was a confirmation of ESV meeting all standards in the power industry. However, it imposed additional obligations on the company, primarily in the area of the electricity market.
We also provide services in the field of electrical power services, including comprehensive maintenance for industrial enterprises. We also provide professional advice aimed at the effective construction and modernization of the power grid.
From 1 September, 2013, this activity is carried out through a subsidiary (100% subsidiary) - Zakład Energetyczny Wrocław sp. Z oo, Wrocław, ul. Wagonowa 32.
