Producer of traditional cold meats
We present you sausage products from the village of Barbarka in the Golina commune. BARBARKA is a limited, small production of cold meats made according to old recipes. For production we use only natural spices, we do not use any preservatives or fillers. From one kilo of meat, we get 0.8 kg of the finished product. Smoking takes place in traditional chambers fired with alder wood. The highest quality meat and old recipes allow to achieve a taste effect incomparable with industrial products.
Our company received the title of Hit Wilekopolski 2013 for the production of cold meats according to traditional recipes in the competition Economic and Local Government Hit Regions 2013
Our company has also been admitted to the European Culinary Heritage Network of the Wielkopolska region, which currently has 83 members
