Each member of the management board is entitled to represent the company independently, with the reservation that to submit declarations of will and incur liabilities of at least PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys) on behalf of the company, two members of the board are required jointly or a board member acting jointly with the commercial proxy.
