In the case of a multi-person board to represent the company outside, in all matters, both property and non-property and signing documents on behalf of the company - the president of the board or the vice-president of the board is entitled - alone or two members of the board acting jointly or a member of the board acting together with a proxy. In the case of a one-man board, the company is represented by the president of the board.
