W miesiącu wrześniu 2019r. podpisałem z firmą Ekolhouse umowę na montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Pierwsza zaliczka wpłacona, kolejna i ostateczne rozliczenie na podstawie faktury. Pomimo zapłaty całej kwoty wystąpiły pewne niedociągnięcia polegające polegały na tym, że założono falownik, na który nie dostałem 10 letniej gwarancji uwzględnionej w umowie ( zapłaconej ). Po wielu interwencjach u pani Oli ( przedstawiciela handlowego firmy) moje telefony były nieodbierane i ignorowane. Po upływie siedmiu miesięcy od zapłaty falownik został ostatecznie wymieniony na zgodny. Jednakże gwarancji nadal mi nie dostarczono. Ponadto monter nie potrafił mi wgrać aplikacji WiFi Fronius do którego nie mam dostępu na smartfonie. Upłynął kolejny miesiąc, a ja nadal nie mam gwarancji 10 letniej, ani dostępu do WiFi. Przedstawiciel handlowy totalnie olewa klienta, który już zapłacił. Nie polecam jeżeli nie chcecie błagać o coś za co zapłaciliście.
