In September 2019. I signed a contract with Ekolhouse for the installation of a photovoltaic installation. The first advance payment is made, the next one and the final settlement based on the invoice. Despite paying the full amount, there were some shortcomings such as installing an inverter for which I did not get the 10 year warranty included in the contract (paid). After many interventions with Ms. Ola (the company's sales representative), my calls were missed and ignored. Seven months after payment, the inverter was finally replaced with a compatible one. However, the guarantee has still not been provided to me. In addition, the fitter could not upload the Fronius WiFi application to which I do not have access on my smartphone. Another month has passed, and I still do not have a 10-year guarantee, nor access to WiFi. The sales representative totally ignores the customer who has already paid. I do not recommend it if you do not want to beg for something you paid for.
