To represent the company are authorized persons acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the general partner in accordance with the rules of representation provided for this company. Make statements, incurring liabilities and signing of contracts and other documents on behalf of the company requires the cooperation of: a) two members of the board, or B) a member of the management board acting jointly with the procurator. Limited partners may represent the company as an agent or proxy of the company. In this case, power of attorney or proxy will be statutorily granted to persons acting on behalf and for the benefit of a limited partner or other persons designated by the limited partner.
