The worst customer service and quality assurance! I ordered an engine for a Discovery 5 2.0d to replace a damaged one. The new engine arrived fairly quickly in Latvia, but upon starting it, we discovered that the timing chain block had not had its balancer bushings replaced. These bushings showed significant wear and scoring, which led to metal shavings contaminating the oil, effectively ruining the "new" engine. We paid 7,000 EUR for this engine, yet the company didn't even bother to respond to our emails.
Now we are left to fix this ourselves, including purchasing new shafts, flushing the engine, and performing another preventive maintenance on all auxiliary components (turbines and any other areas where metal shavings could have entered).
THINK TWICE before doing business with them!!!
