DZDZ Courses and Training - Lower Silesian Institute of Vocational Development Branch I in Wroclaw. For over 60 years we have been conducting vocational courses and trainings at 19 Centers of Vocational Training in Lower Silesia, where we are one of the largest and most valued educational companies.

We train about 20,000 people annually in over 100 professions and specialties, including courses for nearly 3,000 unemployed people in the entire Lower Silesia region.

We provide educational services in the form of trainings, courses, seminars, workshops, etc. We have a well-developed training base, equipped with modern didactic equipment (computers, multimedia projectors, multimedia sets, welding devices, trolleys). The Polish Information Processing Society (PTI) has granted two of our computer labs in Wrocław Certificates of Commercial and Mobile ECDL Laboratory. They can take exams for the European Computer Skills Certificate (ECDL).

We have a rich bank of teaching programs. Courses are organized on the basis of constantly updated, modular training programs, adapted to the changing legal regulations and employers' requirements.

We carefully select colleagues. We employ highly qualified lecturers and instructors of practical vocational training with many years of professional experience.

The trainings organized by us are very popular among individual clients, companies and institutions (eg employment offices). The guarantee of the services provided at the highest level is granted the Quality Management System Certificate certifying compliance with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009 standard in the scope of training services.

The good quality of our services enabled us to establish a Lower Silesian Qualification Commission by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the Welding Commission by the Welding Institute in Gliwice at the Dolnośląski Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego. Depending on the needs, the State Examination Board is appointed by the Lower Silesian Education Superintendent to conduct qualifying examinations for the professional title and professional title of the master.

We work with the Welding Institute in Gliwice and the Institute of Mechanized Construction and Rock Mining in Warsaw. As many as seven of our Vocational Training Centers have the qualifications to conduct training for machine operators and other technical devices for earthworks, construction and road works in specific classes and specialties.
