Short-run and unit production

If you want to save time and money in the production of several, several hundred elements, short-run production using 3D printing will work best.

3D printing is currently one of the fastest production technologies for components. It is perfect for creating small-lot details. Thanks to this method, we can make the model in a number from a few to even several hundred pieces at a lower production cost and a shorter period of time than traditional methods, where it is necessary, for example, to make an expensive injection mold. The elements printed in this way may have complex shapes difficult to obtain by other methods. In addition, it is possible that the printed models are personalized with your logo or, for example, a model.

Short-run 3D printing allows us to keep detail and full repeatability of the parts made.

3D printing

We specialize in 3D printing in FDM / FFF technology which gives the possibility of making elements from various materials. This allows you to choose the optimal material corresponding to the use of the model and your needs.

This printing technique allows a significant reduction in costs and is particularly efficient in small lot production and prototype production.

The elements printed by our team can be subjected to further processing, such as painting, drilling, smoothing, grinding. Therefore, 3D models can reflect your vision even more faithfully. All these activities are carried out at the customer's request.

We use high quality filaments for printouts. Most commonly used:

• ABS - is a material with greater flexibility and strength than PLA. It is often used for printing moving parts
• PET-G - it is a material with good mechanical and elastic properties. Approved for contact with food in accordance with EU Directive 10/2011
• PLA - is the most commonly used material, its advantages are universality, low shrinkage, good mechanical properties and it is fully EKO (biodegradable)
• ULTRA PLA - a filament combining the ease of PLA printing with ABS durability. It is a material recommended for very precise prints, which require decent mechanical strength while maintaining high dimensional tolerances. Flex - filament with elastic properties. Used for the production of seals, rubber elements, shoe inserts
• WOOD - this is a filament containing wood filings. Prints from this material have a wooden effect
• Nylon - its advantages are very high durability, flexibility and abrasion resistance. It is often used for components subjected to heavy mechanical loads. Resistant to temperatures up to + 150 ° C

In 3D LEVEL we can print prototypes as a 400x500x400 mm monolith. Print resolution up to 100 μm.

Rapid prototyping

Thanks to the rapid prototyping technique, we can visualize virtually any digital project in the actual form. By using three-dimensional printing we are able to quickly perform items that meet certain requirements. Models created with this method can be used for testing, testing or verification of structural and visual errors. Rapid prototyping allows you to optimize the shape and detect errors at every stage of model design.
