About company

The Welin printing house was established in 1998. At the beginning of the company's existence, we offered small bookbinding services to only a small group of clients. After the increase of interest, the dynamic development of the company related to investment in the latest technologies began.

We are currently the leading provider of stamping services in Poland, we serve a network of more than 415 points of accepting orders created by us from scratch through our offer on www.pośrednicz.pl for stamps in Poland. Our offer focuses on the highest quality of services offered.

However, the Drukarnia Welin is not only stamps: today we work on over a thousand m2 of production halls with modern machines and warehouses filled with the highest quality assortment. We have opened new departments - including the stamp department , dealing with direct sales, as well as using the allegro.pl service.

Department of stamps

The stamps department is a dynamically developing part of our company. We have many years of experience in the manufacture and sale of stamps (since 1998), but now, thanks to the new laser technology, we enter a new era of quality.

We currently have 5 laser engraving machines from VERSA LASER

and now we have ordered 1 in Poland laser drum at COLOP www.lasery.pl (time of producing rubber stampsfrom the A-4 format is 32.5 minutes !!!) for 1 sheet A-4 rubber puncher there are 240 pieces, rubber bands for the stamp 4 row, size: COLOP 20, TRODAT 3911, TRODAT 4911, WAGRAF 2, POLAN 2, PISATE 2)

Thanks to the efforts made to improve laser technology and production, we get the amazing results of our work. Thanks to many years of practice, we can create an exact, cheap and very durable stamp. Thanks to this, your costs are significantly reduced!

The stamps ordered and confirmed by the customer are burnt every hour with the use of lasers, and then along with the appropriate punching machine packaged and delivered to the post office or courier company. An example of a perfect burned eraser can be seen below:

As you can see, the reflection of such an eraser is extremely accurate (up to 2400 DPI) We have a stamping rubber ordered individually at STOMIL Poznań (previous wonderful workplace of our boss 26 years ago - he was a test driver .)

How to order?

• At the beginning, you must bid an item
• then we need to pass the data to be placed on the stamp in one of the following ways:
  • to [email protected] send a project, made in the best way in Corel Draw 15.0 (converted into curves). It is also possible to send a project made in another program
  • send a handwritten project by fax to 61 8 195 338

• send us a confirmation of the transfer by e-mail or fax: 61 8197 050. We trust you immeasurably, therefore we will send the ordered stamp immediately after receiving confirmation, without waiting for the money to be received. This way you can receive a stamp the very next day!
• we issue VAT invoices without the signature of the receiving person

Shipment of goods takes place on the day of placing the order up to 13.00 - by Polish Post, or up to 16.00 DPD Courier, after sending the stamps' form, if the order, acceptance and sending the confirmation of the transfer takes place until 13:00 Poczta Polska, or up to 16.00 DPD courier. The goods arrive to you the next morning

The key to efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders is good organization of work.

Each order is realized immediately after confirming the willingness to buy and discussing the details of the appearance of the stamp. Lasers work practically without interruption (we are a model for the ACADEMI LASER ), and at that time our employees and trainees are already preparing appropriate punching machines.

You must admit that with such a large and ordered warehouse it is difficult to delay delays! Contents, we have 88 384 items (data from 01.01.2014) items in stock.

We have 4 employees and 5 trainees who support the packaging system, adhesive bonding and shipping

Shipment of goods

Every customer ordering our merchandise at Allegro and at www.pieczątka.pl must decide which parcel will be delivered to him according to our shipping price list.

It is worth paying extra to this small sum, so that you can enjoy your purchase faster (priority) and to be sure that the parcel will arrive !!! (recommended) orders flowing down to 13.00 we send by Polish Post and orders coming to 16.00 only by courier DPD after that the parcel arrives to our client tomorrow.
