Firma nie odpowiada na maile i nie odbiera telefonów od mieszkańców Wspólnoty którą zarządza. Jak rozumiem, jest to firma zarządzana i obsługiwana tylko przez jedną osobę, więc robi co chce. Należy unikać tej firmy.

Odradzam !!! Można dopisać słowo jakie chcesz, brak wszystkiego …na pierwszym miejscu kompetencji do zajmowanego stanowiska.

Zarządca budynku wykazuje rażący brak dbałości o stan nieruchomości, co wpływa negatywnie stan całej nieruchomości(budynek 4 letni wygląda gorzej niże nieruchomość 15 letnia) . Klatki schodowe są brudne, a czyszczenie odbywa się nieregularnie( używanie wody i środków czystości do mycia które są dedykowane tej czynność wykonywane są "po łebkach") ,Szczególnie niepokojący jest stan fug w korytarzach, które są czarne od brudu, co świadczy o długotrwałym zaniedbaniu. Zarządca nie podejmuje skutecznych działań, aby poprawić higienę w częściach wspólnych, mimo licznych zgłoszeń.
Taka postawa jest niedopuszczalna i nieodpowiedzialna, tym bardziej że mieszkańcy regularnie opłacają fundusz remontowy i administracyjny, co powinno zapewniać utrzymanie budynku na odpowiednim poziomie.
Nie polecam - chyba że właściciele chcą być światkami jak ich nieruchomość traci na wartości przez w/w zaniedbania.

Nie polecamy. Zastanawiające działania firmy. Zastanowcie zanim ustaniwicie Zarzad powierzony. Dużo obiecanek i opowiadania w przepiękny sposób ale wyniki zadne. Na potencjalne problemy Pani reaguje nie odbieraniem telefonów. Problemy z rozliczeniami. Nie odpisywanie na maile.
