The core of our business is recruitment and selection processes based mainly on the executive search method. We also specialize in personnel consulting and accompanying trainings.

From the beginning of our existence, well-known and valued companies trusted us. Among our clients there are mainly medium and large production organizations with Polish and international capital, which entrust us with the implementation of both individual projects and entire recruitment campaigns. We recruit employees for both senior and middle management positions as well as specialist, including technical staff, serving not only entities operating on the market for many years, but also green-field investments.

We have experience in the automotive, chemical, construction, subassembly and finished goods and home appliances market as well as in the services market.

We recruit, among others to such departments as: Production, Research and Development, Technology, IT, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Logistics and Shopping, Sales Departments. The location of our client does not matter, we recruit in those regions where the need arises. We service approximately 120 clients annually, who return to us in 85% and entrust us with the implementation of subsequent projects.
