Rozmowa rekrutacyjna była stratą czasu. Pracodawca nie potrafił (albo nie chciał) odpowiedzieć na podstawowe pytania dotyczące stanowiska – zakres obowiązków, warunki zatrudnienia czy widełki wynagrodzenia.
Brak jakiejkolwiek transparentności i szacunku do osoby, która poświęca swój czas, by zapoznać się z ofertą i przygotować się do rozmowy.
Jeśli tajemnicą handlową jest stawka za pracę, to trudno traktować tę firmę poważnie jako pracodawcę.
