Jestem mocno zaskoczona podejściem do klienta. Próbuje zareklamować zakupiony towar, bo niestety okazał się słaby w jakości, oczekiwałam jakiegokolwiek formy rekompensaty, albo choćby wyrażenia żalu, niestety... Sprzedawca nie przyjmuje do wiadomości, że może faktycznie produkt nie jest tak dobry. Usłyszałam, że źle użytkuje towar, pojawia się pytanie, jak można źle użytkować poduszki na meble z palet? Nie siadać? Jestem mega rozczarowana, nie samym towarem, ale traktowaniem klienta. Jak mantra odpisują stale to samo. Niski poziom usługi.
