Our goal

We focus on education and changing eating habits. They both result in the loss of unnecessary kilograms and, above all, good health for many years.

Malwina Umiastowska MA - DIETETHYK, PSYCHOLOGIST

A graduate of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, specialization in social psychology and psychodynamics specialization. She completed all the scientific degrees of the State Academy of Nutrition. She completed specialist trainings in the field of dietetics and nutrition counseling for patients with overweight and disease entities.

MSc. Katarzyna Kosińska - DIETETHIC

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences SGGW in the field of dietetics and food evaluation. Participant of the annual conference of the Polish Association of Nutritionists. She completed specialist trainings in the field of clinical dietetics, nutrition of pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as sports diet and supplementation.
