Znacznie przekroczone terminy wykonania umówionych prac, zmiany cen oraz dramatyczna jakość usług. Ilość zaniedbań od krzywych ścian, krzywo wymurowanych ścianek, niepoprawnie wykonywanych instalacji w łazienkach, niezgodnie z projektem wykonywanych podłączeń elektrycznych co skutkuje koniecznością zrywania podłogi i kucia posadzek. Aż do odpadających kafelek i slabów, które stanowią zagrożenie dla życia i zdrowia osób przebywających w domu. I zero poczucia, że coś robią nie tak. Na każdy znaleziony problem Pan Jacek poda 100 wytłumaczeń. Brak kleju za slabami również uzasadniał grawitacją i spływającym klejem. Gwarantując, że nic nie odpadnie. Ryzykując takimi stwierdzeniami, cudzym życiem i zdrowiem.
