Mnie to się wydawało, że ludzie kupujący mieszkania na obrzeżach miasta (bez praktycznie żadnej infrastruktury - brak kanalizacji opadowej, słaby dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej, jedna szkoła, mało terenów zielonych - bo wszystko betonują) próbują ucieknąć od patodeweloperki krakowskiej w centrum....a tu proszę. Byłam, oglądałam i oniemiałam, że cos takiego powstało...WSTYD dla Krakowa

A...to. chyba dot. Tego osiedla trapezowego..dramat..

Patodeweloperka krakowska w pełnej krasie. Bloki jeden kolo drugiego, praktycznie bez przerwy. Mało zieleni, sam beton. Nawtykali tego ile wlezie. Żadnego miejsca rekrecyjnego. 20 garaży do 20 mieszkań...a zasadniczo ludzie mają po 2 auta na rodzinę...garaże wybudowali zaraz przy siatce sasiadujacego osiedla, ktoś kto wydał na to zgodę pozwala na taką patologię. W tej dzielnicy jest olbrzymi problem z zalewaniem i pleśnią w domach, przez bardzo płytko położone lustro wody. Powodzenia...
