In the case of single board, represents the company's CEO, who is entitled to independently make declarations of will on behalf of the company. In the case of double board, represents the company CEO or Vice President, each of which is independently entitled to make declarations of will on behalf of the company. In the case of the board consisting of three or more persons representing the company: Chairman of the Board and Vice President, or one of them and another board member who - only acting together - are entitled to make declarations of will on behalf of the company.
