Pan Michał jest solidnym fachowcem, natomiast poziom jego chamstwa, kłótliwość i asertywność 10/10 jest absolutnie nie do zaakceptowania.
Pracy Pan Michał nie dokończy, jeśli klient ma zdanie odmienne od pana Michała (albo należy go kilkukrotnie przeprosić, albo należy szukać innego wykonawcy)
- brak możliwości umówienia się na naprawy w związku z gwarancją na wykonane usługi - pan nie jest zainteresowany drobnymi pracami
