Sprzedawca nieelastyczny. Postanowiłem zakupić grilla na imprezę firmową. Zamawiając zapomniałem podać nr. NIP. Wiem, że aktualnie prawo tego wymaga aby otrzymać fakturę VAT. Tego samego dnia kiedy otrzymałem przesyłkę zwróciłem się do sklepu z prośbą o wystawienie faktury. Otrzymałem informację - cytuję: "Na Pana paragonie nie odnotowano nr NIP, nie można wystawić w tej sytuacji faktury." Prowadzę biznes i wiem, że przy odrobinie dobrej woli nie jest to żaden problem. Ponowiłem prośbę, ale sprzedawca się już nigdy nie odezwał. Mogłem skorzystać z 14-dniowego prawa odstąpienia od umowy i zakupić ponownie u konkurencji, ale impreza była na dniach i bałem się ryzykować. Grill został, pretensję mogę mieć do siebie, ale piszę to opinię, żeby potencjalny kupujący miał obraz sytuacji.
