Proponuję omijać tego dewelopera. Deweloper, który nie potrafi położyć płytek na klatce schodowej (Tczew, Armii Krajowej 36) i korytarzach. Płytki są z różnych gatunków i rodzajów. Ścianki zaporowe wjazdu do hali garażowej są wykonane chyba dziesiątego gatunku betonu, a oprócz tego są niedolane albo przelane. Winda, to strata pieniędzy - stal nierdzewna która rdzewieje, a nie minął jeszcze rok. Mała architektura zielona nie istnieje. A na środku podwórka stoją kosze na śmieci. Architekt i kierownik budowy powinni mieć zakaz wykonywanie zawodu. Unikać Decka & Decka Sp. z.o.o
