ZANIM ZDECYDUJESZ SIĘ NA WSPÓŁPRACĘ PRZECZYTAJ:
1) przed decyzją o współpracy wykonawca aktywny, chętny do realizacji zamówienia zgodnie z określonymi przeze mnie wymaganiami/ oczekiwaniami/ koncepcją;
2) oferta zmieniana 3-krotnie, oczywiście za każdym razem w górę, ale mając na uwadze, iż DDM MOLGA zobowiązał się przeprowadzić remont zgodnie z ustalonymi wymaganiami cena nie stanowiła głównego kryterium;
3) realizacja zamówienia: odmienna od ustalonego i to w sposób znaczny (samowolnie, bez zgody i akceptacji inwestora);
4) wykonawca pomimo obowiązków wynikających z umowy sam ustala sobie co zrobi a czego nie argumentując, iż jest to jego dobra wola...NIC BARDZIEJ MYLNEGO - wykonawca oficjalnym pismem został wezwany do wywiązania się z warunków umowy pod rygorem braku zapłaty i skierowania sprawy na policję i do sądu; obowiązek wykonał ale wszedł na teren nieruchomości bez wiedzy i zgody (powiadomienie inwestora o wejściu na jego teren było bezwzględnie wymagane);
5) lekceważenie obowiązków umownych, w tym niszczenie mienia (szacunek do cudzej własności ŻADEN);
6) brak wywiązywania się z obowiązków reklamacyjnych, BRAK JAKIEGOKOLWIEK KONTAKTU;
7) kolejny etap - zlecenie napraw wad/usterek na koszt i ryzyko DDM MOLGA innemu podmiotowi;
