The IT Services Center in Wrocław was established on January 1, 2014, as an organizational unit of the Wrocław Commune. We run activities on behalf of the Wrocław Commune consisting in the construction and operation of telecommunications infrastructure and telecommunications network, providing telecommunications network, acquiring rights to telecommunications networks and providing access to telecommunications infrastructure and providing services.

We operate as a typical Shared Services Center in the area of IT and accounting, dealing with modern technologies, based on solutions including Cisco, IBM, HP, Oracle, Microsoft. We have one of the densest hotspot networks in Poland - over 550 access points.

We employ over 200 people and we are constantly developing. We accept and carry out over 50,000 orders annually. We have over 200 physical and virtual servers.
