Tragedia! Zamówienie złożone 29.04.2025 – natychmiastowa informacja o braku towaru, ale na tym kontakt się urwał. Przez miesiąc wysłałam kilkanaście maili, wiele razy dzwoniłam – zero odpowiedzi, żadnego działania. Kiedy w końcu ktoś odebrał telefon, usłyszałam tylko, że „nie widział wiadomości” i że zwrot środków zostanie wykonany tego samego dnia. Minęły kolejne 2 tygodnie – dzisiaj jest 29.05.2025 – nie mam pieniędzy, nie mam kontaktu, nie mam nic!
To skrajne lekceważenie klienta, brak profesjonalizmu i najzwyklejsze ignorowanie obowiązków. Nie kupujcie !
