The company was founded in 1963 in the town of Kaisersesch in Germany, where one of the Classen factories and the company's main office are located. The second of the German factories is located in the city of Baruth. On the Polish market, it was established in 1990 as the Gorex Sp. z o. o., and since 1996 it has evolved into Classen-Pol SA and has production halls in Zwonowice near Rybnik, where the Polish headquarters of the company is also located.

The company's offer includes:

• interior door leafs, internal exit and fire doors,
• door frames,
• wall panel mounting system: Gekko,
• MDF and PVC skirting boards,
• furniture fronts,
• other wooden and wood-like accessories for finishing houses and flats.
