CERTECH Sp. z oo has been operating since 1997. The company deals with the application of ceramic, carbide and metallic coatings on machine parts in thermal spraying technologies - plasma, supersonic HVOF, arcing and flame. The applied coatings extend the durability of parts, have high hardness, are very resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Additionally, they may have other functional properties, eg: very high dielectric resistance, low coefficient of friction, resistance to high temperature and high temperature corrosion, they can protect machine parts with erosion and cavitation. Examples of applications: food industry - pump protective bushes, separators, valves, piston plungers; power industry: pump protective sleeves, rotor blades, valves; mining: combine parts -: water dividers, spray nozzles, water ducts, organ pins; hydraulics: cylinder rods, paper and printing industry: paper shafts; electrotechnical industry - journals of electric motor bearings.
