Each partner has the right and obligation to manage the affairs of the company and represent the company externally. To represent the company - make declarations on matters of current tangible and intangible assets (ordinary operations of the company) - each partner is entitled to act independently. To commit and dispose of rights, whose value exceeds the amount of 40,000.00 zł (forty thousand zloty), is required before the resolution adopted by the partners on the approval, by the majority of 3/4 votes partners. To make declarations on such matters require cooperation of two partners working together.
