Business Support Solution SA was established in 2008 as a response to the growing interest in outsourcing services market. BSS is a Polish company, employing over 300 people, including high-class specialists in: finance, tax, payroll and business processes,including ACCA, certified auditors, tax advisor or Green Belt. Financial services provided by our company are also subject to the supervision of substantive staff certified by the Ministry of Finance for bookkeeping services.

HOW AND FOR WHOM WE WORK

BSS services are addressed to companies from different industries with wide range of transactions. Currently we support over 240 entities from Poland and abroad. Among the BSS Clients are Companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as NewConnect. Location of the BSS in the centre of Poland - Lodz, provides easy access to our Customers within the country and Europe.

Wide range of services offered enable us to meet our customers’ needs and expectations:

• if a company has an internal team of accounting but you require additional safety tax procedures – the solution is to outsource the tax and statutory reporting
• the Management Board expects full scope of outsourcing services - we realize the wide range of services, from Payroll and Personnel Administration services, by accounting and statutory reporting to Financial Statement consolidation
• iif business is growing fast and organization needs business process support - this situation needs to define of business processes to manage their effectiveness and to ensure that Company has proper internal control procedures. We will carry out an audit of processes within the Company and indicate areas of irregularities and inefficiency, and show the best ways to improve them. We will support the Company in the preparation of the required internal procedures or regulations.

BSS processes personal information in accordance with the law and regulation in force. For the above-mentioned purpose we have developed the necessary documentation and implemented a internal Information Security Policy. Persons having access to personal data entrusted to BSS are obliged to respect the rules and principles adopted by the BSS in the area of processing of personal data, including confidentiality.
