Bumech SA Iwiny branch is the most modern in Poland and one
from the most modern factories in Europe producing rubber and rubber-metal products using the mold method.
The company has equipment for the production of rubber and rubber-metal products, which enable the production of elements with maximum dimensions: 1800x1800x600 mm.
The unique technology of injection of a rubber mixture for large-size molds used in the company allows us to produce homogeneous products with constant properties and physical properties,
at this constant density in the entire volume of the product.
As a result, the product does not delaminate and perfectly reproduces the form.
ZWG specializes, among others, in the production of abrasion resistant rubber products, applicable where there is a rapid destruction of metal components made of high-grade steel (eg manganese), exceeding them several times with their durability. The plant also specializes in the production of vibro-insulating and anti-acoustic plates.
