I. We specialize in outsourcing of sales forces for small and large companies as well as large corporations. The profile of our clients is very diverse. We work with both service companies and companies that operate in the production sector.
For the needs of our clients, we create sales teams and manage them, launch new products on the market or modify its current image. We also manage existing sales departments of clients, it is management of sales representatives' work or restructuring of the sales department in the client's company by the Blue Idea manager. II. We also provide comprehensive recruitment of employees, both for individual orders of clients, as well as for the provision of Consulting and Outsourcing of Sales Force. We specialize in building sales departments, which is why we perfectly choose candidates for trading positions. We have equally extensive experience in the recruitment of managerial staff and specialists in various industries, including finance and banking, accounting, marketing, scientific positions.
III. New Lowe distribution department, comprehensively deals with the service of this project. We carry out every task: from vision to products on store shelves, from concepts to our clients' trainings with specialized coaching staff. Our department has experienced Sales Representatives who meet clients on a daily basis, ensuring that our products are easily available to a wide audience.
