BIOSYSTEM SA is the owner of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Processing Plant in Bolęcin and the main shareholder of two recovery organizations: BIOSYSTEM Elektrorecykling of the Recovery of Electrical and Electronic Equipment SA, founded in 2006 (100% of shares) and Biosystem of Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań SA, which began operations in 2002 (100% shares). Due to the shares in both companies, Biosystem SA has a superior position in the Group, and thus significantly affects its development and shaping of processes, capital and resources.

The mission of the BIOSYSTEM SA company is active protection of the natural environment and supporting activities in the field of rational waste management. Using effective strategies and state-of-the-art technologies, we implement statutory obligations on behalf of entrepreneurs to collect, process and recover selected groups of waste. Educational campaigns organized by us are created with a view to the need to increase the ecological awareness of all participants of the "life cycle" of a given product.

As part of our business, we offer you, among others:

- Collection, processing and disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (ZSEiE).

- utilization of refrigeration equipment,

- sales of products and raw materials resulting from processing,

- organization of public educational campaigns carried out on behalf of subsidiaries,

- import of electrical and electronic devices,

- retail and wholesale of electrical and electronic equipment.

Having our own ZSEiE processing plant allowed us to build an effective system of electrowaste collection and processing and to gain a significant competitive advantage over other entities in the industry.
