Each shareholder represents a sole proprietorship in matters relating to ordinary activities, and in cases exceeding the scope of ordinary activities, it is necessary to represent all partners. In particular, activities that may give rise to obligations or regulations with a value in excess of PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys) are considered to be in excess of ordinary management.
