• We prepare hand-over lists in paper and electronic form.
• We qualify documents for the appropriate classes and archival categories in accordance with the applicable uniform material list of files. We properly secure and describe files as required.
• We provide a comprehensive service of missing documentation, i.e. we separate files for missing, whose storage period in the unit has expired, we include it in lists, and then we apply to the State Archives for its defect.
• We advise on the organization and functioning of the company archive.
